Synopsis

Lolly’s widowed mother marries widower Jim and they move to Oregon. Jim has a little daughter, Kathy. Kathy tries to make friends but Lolly hates her new home and family. Lolly’s behaviour convinces her mother to plan to send her away to art school, but Lolly realises she doesn’t want to leave, and is ashamed of her mistreatment of Kathy and neighbour boy Bob. Kathy runs away, Lolly rescues her, and everyone is happy.
