These appear to be Marvel/Atlas western stories (and cover) that were purchased and inventoried but never published in the United States, likely due to the "Atlas Implosion" that took place at around this time. It does appear, though, that they were made available to L Miller & Son for publication in Great Britain, hence the existence of this comic.
