Synopsis
Lobo and the Omega Men land on the world of Harry Hokum and try to stop his plans to take over the Vegan system. A stalemate is reached, with the worlds of the Vegan system being offered a choice, to join Harry Hokum and the new Citadel or to join Primus and the Omega Men.
