Synopsis
General Kimonak and his staff plot a conspiracy to destroy the reputation of the Green Turtle, which, in turn, would destroy the Chinese people's faith in the Turtle. This is accomplished by a Japanese officer donning the garb of the Turtle and flying a plane similar to his to cause many Chinese guerrilla deaths.
Notes
Indicia title is Blue Circle Comics not Blazing Comics (cover only). At the end of two stories it refers the reader to the next issue of Blazing Comics. Artwork by FUNNIES INC.
