Page 3 shows an example of a Call in Notice with the years clearly updated to 1973. But the note to "...return all publications dated November 1971" indicates this might have originally been meant for publication during 1972. The use of the Charlton bullseye on reprinted covers that did not originally have the bullseye narrows publication further to late 1973.
