Synopsis
The Blue Streak has a new costume and equipment making the super-fast criminal a greater threat to Captain America - but that doesn't spare him from the murderous vigilante Scourge. At the same time, Gary Gilbert has noticed the ranks of super villains being diminished and resolves to take action against the killer.
