Synopsis

Tuffy is hit on the head by a potted plant from a window above, and is visited by the miniature being Weejie, the custodian of the magic plant, now in the service of Tuffy. The plant's magic makes Tuffy a famous cartoonist, worth big money...or was that all a dream while being knocked out by the initial knock to the head?
