Adventures of Superman #449

Synopsis

The Guardian is searching for the missing Superman when he encounters Gangbuster and the two men fight over their conflicting methods of seeking justice. The boys of the Newsboy Legion try to break up the argument but accidentally put themselves in danger of drowning. Superman reappears in time to save them, then tries to piece together his missing hours. Elsewhere, people are trying to locate Clark Kent, including Perry, Lois, and Amanda Mc Coy, who has discovered that Clark is Superman. Captain Atom enlists Superman to negotiate with the Alien Alliance as Earth's representative.
