Synopsis

Buster Quinn boasted that he could bust out of any jail ever made...and he did. But when Quinn "breaks out" of an escape-proof jail, thanks to a 4th dimensional radio invented by the Three Dimwits, the Flash "tunes" in his own solution to re-jail the escaped felon.
