Synopsis

Anteas Jr. and Penny take Robert and Billy to a rodeo. Col. Evans asks Anteas Jr. to drive his wagon in a race; a wheel comes loose and the Bouncer shows up and saves them. Evans gives water to poor ranchers without a fee, which upsets his neighbor Jack Spur. Spur tries multiple times to sabotage Evans' ranch, but the Bouncer and Anteas Jr. foil each attempt. Spur finally tries to blow up the ranch but only succeeds in opening an oil well, which will solve the financial problems of Evans and the other ranchers.
