Synopsis

Dr. Freezdrei has revived Pruneface after 40 years. After Tracy and the police verify that Pruneface is alive, Dr. Freezdrei offers to make the process available to the public for $100.000 each. After accumulating $10 million, Pruneface and Freezdrei plan to escape to South America. But first Pruneface wants to get revenge on Dick Tracy.
