Synopsis
Rang-A-Tang, the wonder dog, is a dog at a small carnival, but escapes from his cruel trainer and was living in the streets until he saves Detective Speed’s life. After helping him, he gets full status with the police department.

Second class periodical. Copyright number 432477. Produced by Chesler Publications for the fledgling M.L.J Magazines, Inc. Louis H. Silberkleit is recorded as editor on the first published Statement of Ownership for October 1st, 1939. Abner J. Sundell was working as editor for Louis Silberkleit's pulp publications and could have acted as editor on the early M.L.J comic books.
