Synopsis

Sheila, an orphan raised by two aunts, had been in love with David who had left on a ship to the Far East three years earlier. But she had not heard from him since because one of her aunts had destroyed all the letters he had sent. Instead the aunt tried to arrange a marriage between Sheila and Basil. But the aunt didn't know he was the brains behind a smuggling racket involving dope and spirits. When David returns, the aunt and Basil keep trying to block the renewed romance between Sheila and David.
