Synopsis

When Pam delivers a message that Christine can't make their date, Ron takes her out instead. The date is nothing like the quiet evenings she spends with her boyfriend, David. She breaks up with David and he leaves town. But soon Ron gets tired of her and dumps her like he has so many other girls. Humiliated, Pam takes a job in another town. Once again she is asked to deliver a message that a co-worker can't make a date, but is stunned to discover that this message is intended for David, who has become a "love em' and leave 'em" type like Ron was.
