Synopsis

When Tessa wins a beauty contest in Florida, fast-talking Sig Berman becomes her agent and gets her a small acting part, consisting almost entirely of love scenes. She plays the scenes with Tim and falls for him, but Tim blames her for the intrusive publicity machine that Sig engineers to build up Tessa's image. Her next part is in a Biblical epic being filmed in Spain, but the set is more hostile than her first movie. Things become even more awkward when Tim is brought in to play scenes opposite her again.
