Synopsis

Two months after her mother had died, Irene is hitchhiking to London with everything she owns in a suitcase. In the rain, a car pulls up to give her a ride. The driver claims his father owns a music company and he can get her started on a singing career. When he makes a pass at her, she slaps his face. He ditches her in favor of a blonde he picks up at a local spot, but drives off with Irene's suitcase in his car. She tracks down the address to retrieve her suitcase and meets the driver's brother who helps her.
