Synopsis
Ultra Tom Kwan is comes back to life as a living chalk outline after his murder in Playland by ex gang members. Night Man has made Playland his new base of operations and helps Kwan get revenge on his murderers. Elsewhere J.D. Hunt orders his designer Waddell to create a second Teknight robot, this time with a human being inside.
