Synopsis

On a beach resort "somewhere in England" Jimmy runs into Chief Inspector Drummond who expects the theft of the Vanoffe Diamonds. They are stolen by use of a decoy. The Shadow, as Limpy, investigates. Then The Shadow gets whacked on the head, framed, and left for the police. He breaks out of the police van to clear himself.
