Synopsis
Inspector Drummond unknowingly puts The Shadow on the trail of Sly Powers' blackmail racket. Limpy investigates, but is cornered by Scotland Yard. He escapes "Just like Superman." The Shadow intercepts Lady Marlowe's payment putting both the police and the mob after him. The showdown is at Powers' home.
Notes
A magnified view of the cover area containing the issue number shows that this number is an overprint. The color plates contain "No 6?". The last digit is partly obscured, but is believed to be a number four which is consistent with the reprinting apparently contained in issues #108 to this point.
