Synopsis

Public Enemy tries to move on from his mission, but when he sees a corrupt republic all around him, he can't resist fighting back. But that gets the attention of White Dog the Public Defender. Public Enemy stops White Dog, who killed all of the other Red Dogs like Public Enemy. The public loves Public Enemy, but he hates the public.
