Synopsis
Jack goes out to find the missing Mikaal and Grundy, leaving Ted to wonder what is happening in the midst of the Mist's crime wave. Later that night, Ted is attacked by Doctor Phosphorus, whose flame powers have been enhanced by Neron. He lures the villain to the trophy room of the observatory where he's able to subdue him.
