Synopsis

Human workers in the Negative Zone are trapped. Dust enters Halo City and encounters X-Men 2099 and X-Nation. A Daredevil-like figure takes to the streets and rooftops to stop the drug trade. The general status quo of other 2099 characters is reviewed.
