One of the first (1996) batch of Amalgam comics, which hybridized lots of DC and Marvel characters (i.e. Bruce Wayne Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.). Each issue is really a one-shot, but they're presented as if part of a real comics line with an established continuity.
The Magnetic Men are a mash-up of the Brotherhood of (Evil) Mutants and the Metal Men.
