Tiny Tessie and Little Lizzie are both (!) knock-offs of Ernie Bushmiller's Nancy; although Lizzie looks more like Little Lulu. Little Lana has a boy who looks exactly like Carl Anderson's Henry (though he talks). Tiny Tessie and Little Lana (but NOT Little Lizzie) are marked as copyright "Comedy Features Syndicate Inc." and may have been (deservedly) failed attempts at newspaper strips.
