Based on the quarterly frequency, publication date and barcode this is the 6th "Ren & Stimpy Show Special" comic, following "The Ren & Stimpy Show Special: Powdered Toastman's Cereal Serial (Marvel, 1995 series)".
Some of the activities in this book require the reader to cut up the pages to make crafts. In order to accommodate this, certain pages couldn't have cut-up material on both sides. The book ended up being in a strange order, with parts of sequences scattered in the book, and the "Substance X" story pages printed out of order.
