Synopsis
President Gardia plans to steal five million dollars recently loaned to his country by the U.S. and flee. To cover his escape he starts a civil war. Treasurer Lopez guessed the plot and called Catman for help. Catman and Kit arrived in the Cat plane and thwarted the theft.
