Synopsis
Professor Nicodemus Hazzard visits the members of the Justice Society of America that fought alongside the Spectre during World War II. From the stories they tell him about the Spectre, he learns that three mystical objects created the zone of influence, which kept magic-based heroes from ending the war, and that one of those objects, the Spear of Destiny, could destroy the Spectre.
