Two known back cover versions exist per Ken Quattro‎ in the Comic History Exchange page on Facebook (posted 9 April 2016). One with a full page of art and text, probably given away on tours at the National Broadcasting Company (NBC)'s offices in New York city. The other version, with the bottom half of the back cover blank, was probably intended as a giveaway for local radio station NBC affiliates (where the station's call letters can be added for promotional purposes).
