Synopsis

The search for the Vice President leads to Enclave A, a secret metahuman prison where forbidden experimentation on the inmates has been taking place. The team arrives as a jailbreak is in progress. Elsewhere, the original Jester recounts his history with the Arcadians and with the Freedom Fighters during WW II, then blows himself up when a government strike force attacks.
