Synopsis
Elena, daughter of the Mexican cook on the Haynes ranch, loves the owner’s son Mark. However, his father says Mark can’t marry his “social inferior,” and sends him away to medical school. When Mark returns, he and Elena elope. Mark opens a practice in town but the prejudiced residents refuse to accept him, even when it’s an emergency. Elena decides to leave Mark for his own good.
