The Tale of Halima #2

The title page states "written and drawn by Jeffery Meadows," however, the comic story itself is signed with the name used in the first issue, Joseph Baker. Adding to the confusion, the first issue's indicia states Baker is owner of the copyright. But in this issue's indicia the copyright owner is Meadows.

It's unclear at this time if this is the same Joseph Baker who was a colorist at DC, Devil's Due and Moonstone.
