Synopsis
A convicted child killer is out on bail pending a new trial and Green Arrow tries to make sure he doesn't go after an earlier victim who helped put him in jail 18 years ago.

1st ongoing Green Arrow series begins in DC's "New Format" with a "Suggested for Mature Readers" label on the cover until issue #62 and continues in this new format through issue #80 when the book converted to standard superhero fare with the departure of writer Mike Grell.
