Synopsis
Zartan guides Storm Shadow inside the base. Zartan moves around the base, attacking Joes and impersonating them. Helix investigates the security station. She explains to Flint that the man she saw was not Hawk. In Washington D.C., Hawk tries to get the Joes more intel. A Cobra agents attack and are subdued. Zartan kills the Cobra prisoner. He is captured, but Helix figures out that he let someone else in.
