Synopsis
The Decepticons on Cybertron capture the Autobot Throttlebots and send them to Earth to destroy all Transformers infected by the Scraplets to stop them from spreading. However, Charlie Fong discovers that water is a cure, and calls in G.B. Blackrock with water tankers to kill off the Scraplets.
