Indicia on the last story page. According to ausreprints.net.au, this was the second of two comics numbered C1 and titled Monsoon (the first is titled Monsoon Comics). The situation is similar to the two issues numbered C4 titled Shado McGraw: one or 2 stories are identical in the 2 issues, but the rest (and the printer) are different.
