Synopsis
The Spencer Traill fraud case made headline news and the chief witness for the prosecution had been his secretary, Mona. After the conviction, Mona was dogged by rumors about her and her former boss. She decided to move away, change her name and appearance and start all over. As Patricia Brown, she meets a man and falls in love. She lives a happily married life until Traill is released from prison and tracks her down.
