Team Achilles

Team Achilles is a team of international human Special Forces soldiers who are a division of Stormwatch, the UN sponsored group which fights threats posed by SPBs or "Super Powered Beings". While funded by the UN, it is less clear how Team Achilles was founded, as it happened without the vote of the UN Special Security Council, excluding the panel of billionaires who had been instrumental in putting together Henry Bendix's StormWatch and preventing the veto of the U.S. representative who might have seen the initiative as a threat to the activities of U.S. SPBs.
