The 'Heavy-Weapons' Gang

The 'Heavy-Weapons' Gang, so dubbed by Batman, was a group of men who created a factory inside an abandoned fort hidden in isolated hills on the outskirts of Metropolis. The gang used the factory to produce powerful weaponry they used to commit thefts. The gang was stopped by Batman and Robin aided by surreptitious actions by Clark Kent, aka Superman.
