After Apocalypse takes over the United States of America, the Human High Council is formed to rule the surviving human population, which had mainly been displaced to Europe. Led by mutant expert, Moira Trask and her husband, Bolivar Trask, who created the Sentinels, a number of prominent characters have been members of this group.

Members
