Superhuman Restraint Unit

The Superhuman Restraint Unit—often called “Cape-Killers”—is a special S.H.I.E.L.D. operations team created to enforce the Superhuman Registration Act. Equipped with powered armor and advanced weaponry designed by Stark Industries, the unit’s mission was to target, subdue, and detain unregistered superhumans. They played a prominent role during the Civil War event, engaging heroes who resisted registration.
