Synopsis

A reporter approaches Betty on her way home from her job and seems to know a lot about her. When she asks him how she knows so much about her, he tells her to go out with him and he'll tell her the whole story. They go to the Funfair Gardens where a group of people with strange foreign accents grab Rob and tell her that she is their rightful ruler, Grand Duchess Bettina.
