Synopsis
When a fat-cat corporation is going to move a bunch of regular joes out of their low rent neighborhood to build a giant shopping complex, who you gonna' call--Shaft, I mean, Green Arrow. With Black Lightning's niece defending the tenants and Ollie footing the bill, the lawsuit could go on for years. But monsters start showing up in the hood and tearing people to shreds.
