Synopsis

Superman decides to get involved in a case involving wayward boys being used by a petty criminal, who uses the boys to steal items from wealthy people that he can sell for quick cash...all at their expense.

An ashcan comic book that was produced to secure the trademark of the title.

One of the two known copies has "10¢" written in fountain pen on the front cover inside the price parallelogram.

Uncertain if all seven pages are of the Superman story, or if it includes the Lieut. Bob Neal of Sub. 662 promotional house advertisement that appeared before the story in that issue.
