Synopsis

Alone and homeless because of his supernatural history, fifteen year old Kogarashi takes a room at a former hot springs inn converted to a boarding house because it's inexpensive. He soon finds out why it's inexpensive: his fellow roomers are all supernatural beings, including the beautiful but naive ghost who haunts his room.
