Synopsis

Lucy’s sister Melissa has no social life due to her weak heart. Dirk is attracted to Lucy but is kind to Melissa and she thinks he cares for her. Lucy is cool to Dirk so Melissa won’t learn the truth. Melissa rescues Dirk from a flaming car wreck and her heart gives out: before she dies, Dirk says he loves her, and she dies happy. Lucy and Dirk can now be together without guilt.
