Premium. Was only available through Malibu/Bravura Gold Stamp Program. You had to send in stamps from 4 or 5 of the complete issues of Edge, Power & Glory, 'Breed, Dreadstar and Star Slammers to receive this book. Along with this Bravura #0, you would also receive silver and/or gold editions of the individual first issues of those series, depending on the stamps completed.
If you completed the stamps for all five of the titles, the Bravura #0 would be signed by one of the creators.
The cost was 7.95 USD for a shipping and handling fee, or 10.00 USD if you lived in Hawaii, or 11.00 USD if you lived in Canada. The program wasn't available if you lived in any other foreign country, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
