Kabuki [Fear the Reaper Ashcan] #[nn]

While an exact publication date is unknown, it is more likely in the fall of 1994, as this ashcan's advertisement for Kabuki: Fear the Reaper lists Caliber Press as the issue's upcoming publisher instead of Anubis Press, who were originally intended to release the one-shot. (Ref: Anubis Press' in-house ad in Urban Decay: Fork / Urban Decay: Zero Joe #0.)

Though this issue is commonly considered Kabuki's first appearance, as it predates Kabuki: Fear the Reaper (Caliber Press, November 1994), its unlikely that this ashcan was released prior to her July 1994 appearances in the Razor / Shi Special (London Night Studios) and the High Caliber: An Anthology of Original Visions (Caliber Press) collection.
