Synopsis
From their base on the Justice League Watchtower, Ray and Ryan work to help people who have suddenly gained super-powers in the wake of the Absolute Power event to control their new abilities, and to help others to re-gain powers that they have lost. The key to their success is to find a way to restore Captain Atom's powers, but Nathaniel has lost faith in the project's success and goes on the run.

Notes
Reprints "Justice League: The Atom Project #1" (March 2025) and has the same UPC barcode number as that issue. The back cover of this 2026 edition has an ad for DC Universe Infinite. The indicia is also slightly different and has the Topaz Distribution, LLC logo added to the bottom. The comic was printed on 1/9/26 according to the indicia.

All copies are polybagged, with most stickered with a lower price than the printed cover price. The copy this indexer purchased at Dollar Tree in March 2026 had a price printed on the bag for 1.25 USD.
