Synopsis
Determined to uncover the gamblers responsible for using and running a local professional baseball team, Jay decides to join the team, and becomes a winner...in more ways than one.

Interior contains Flash Comics #17 (May 1941).
This ashcan comic was created to obtain the trademark for the *All-Flash Quarterly* title. Application made on March 8, 1941, serial no. 441,341. Trademark received, registration number 375,071, owner All American Comics, Inc., registered February 6, 1940. The trademark application claimed this logo had been in continuous use since February 3, 1941.
Two copies known. One copy has a stamp "FILE" on it with a stamped date of April 8, 1941.
