Reprint of Batman #123 (DC, 1940 series) with original ads removed and replaced by Pizza Hut ads and other fillers. Cover has "Pizza Hut Collectors' Edition Vol. 1." However, the indicia is unchanged from the original "Batman No. 123, April 1959." According to Comic Reader #152, these Pizza Hut editions were actually first made available on January 2, 1978.
